Where would these Highways Pegs attach?

I need some help please. I am having trouble finding highway pegs that will work for me. I had a bar but it didnt go out far enough (so my legs were bent ackwardly). I found the link below but I cant tell where these would attach to. Would anyone have an idea or, even better, have some that would work for me. Im not that tall, 5'9", but I would like my legs fairly straight out obviously.
